Ebook and Audiobooks

Ebooks and Audiobooks are not available in all countries because of tax laws. If you can't see digital products, don't fret. All of Michelle's ebooks and audiobooks are available at major vendors.

Preorders: When you preorder an ebook or audio book, you should get a confirmation email at the time of purchase.

  1. Buy your book now and whitelist help@bookfunnel.com or log into my.bookfunnel.com on release day.
  2. Mark your calendar! The book will automatically be delivered to your email on release day.

Media Mail Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that if you choose Media Mail as your shipping option, this service does not include insurance and is handled at the customer’s risk. USPS does not cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent via Media Mail. While we take care to package your order securely, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

If you would like to ensure your package is protected, we highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or purchasing additional insurance separately.

By choosing Media Mail at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Shipping and Processing Times

US and the shippable countries listed in the international section below:

  • You will choose your shipping speed at checkout.
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL. You will see available options for your country at checkout.
  • Allow 3-5 days to process your signed print book orders. (Honestly, we try to get it within 24 hours of the order, but sometimes the author is traveling and needs to come back to autograph)

Personally SIGNED Print Books: These ship from the US. It is our goal to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We try to ship at least once a week, but this isn't always possible. For signed book copies, it might depend on the author availability. Please be patient, we want to get your order to you as fast as we can. For US orders, in most cases shipping can take 3-10 days.

Non-Signed Print Books: These ship from BookVAULT US

  • US: Currently, it takes 5 working days to dispatch paperbacks, and 7 working days to dispatch hardbacks. If an order contains both hardbacks and paperbacks, the whole order will be sent within the 7 working day window.
  • BookvaultBespoke orders (special fancy editions) take 13 working days to produce and dispatch, the delivery time would then depend on the delivery service chosen.

For preorder items: Those will ship when we receive the item in stock but usually not before the book release date. Please be aware that we are depended on the shipping times from our suppliers and delays can happen. We will get items to you as fast as we can.

T-Shirt & Merchandise: These are send via a Print on Demand merchandise shipper. Please pay attention to the times during checkout. Items are printed on demand to cut down on waste and may take a few weeks. Limited countries so you might not see it available.

A NOTE: If you buy a combination of Print on Demand merchandise, an unsigned print book, and a signed book from the author: these all come from three different locations which means you will have 2-3 different shipping charges depending on your order.

 

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges. Please note that duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and that customers shouldn't have to pay them upon delivery
  • DHL and UPS shipping services with tracking numbers are used to ship and deliver products internationally.
  • Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • Bookvault (non-signed print books): All orders sent overseas from Bookvault UK will be sent via DDU (Dispatch Duty Unpaid), which means that any customs or taxes would be charged at point of delivery.
  • Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method to pay for products.

International Customer Shipping Policy (Countries not Listed Above)

Shipping solution for non-US countries not currently in a country we can ship to or if you want to try to save on shipping costs on goods sent from the US:

With VAT requirements and the cost of shipping overseas from the US, we recommend non-US customers check out mail forwarding services. These are often more cost effective.

How does this work?

In short, when you check out you will use the US address given to you by the mail forwarding service as your shipping address. You will then proceed through check out with US shipping totals. We will ship your order to that address. The forwarding service is responsible from that point forward, so make sure you check out their terms and services.

When trying to decide which to use, be sure to check if they have monthly fees, charge per package or per monthly plan.

To find a plan, google: "us to (your country) mail forwarding service". Stackery looks to have no monthly fee to get you started. There is a shipping calculator on their site you can try it out. For a sample size: An average book will be 2 lb, 6 x 2 x 10 in a padded envelope.

Taxes

  • MS Sales tax is charged for Mississippi addresses.
  • VAT is charged for all EU and UK sales. 
  • Some countries might have tax charges when ordering merchandise including items from third party Print on Demand merchandise and print book shippers.
